4. Replacements
Defective Products: For products that are defective or damaged, we will arrange for an immediate replacement once the return is processed.
Incorrect Products: If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct product as soon as possible.

5. Warranty
One-Year Warranty: In addition to our return policy, we offer a one-year warranty on our products covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
